Here's a photo of cleansing drink that I prepare last night.

This morning I start to have my oatmeal challenge for 14 days. I prefer to buy instant oatmeal because I always watch my time on food preparation to avoid late for my work hihi! I didn't have a photo of me eating.

For me able to loose weight and get rid of my fats I need to cut carbs, and oh! Except on my cheat days of course :) But this time I will try not to have my cheat days.. Oh please help me God! :)
Foot note: Remember buy only unflavored oatmeal instead of flavored because sometimes flavored oatmeal contains a lot of sugar and sugar is carbo regardless of any brand.
