on left photo is my breakfast and lunch on the right. I prepare 2 boiled eggs, some tomatoes and I bought ! banana, I don't have photo of banana :( I surpass the two days yepeeey!
On my Day 3: Oh I had my carbs during breakfast:
Since I had a full carbs on my breakfast I need to make bawi on my lunch hehe..so I decided to prepare apple and oatmeal on my lunch :)
