Two Weeks Cleansing Challenge

After the things that happen this month.. Happiness and struggles I come to think out of the box again. As my sister got hospitalized twice this month, and its bothering us. I came to a point and found my self researching some medical assistance and thinking about my family's future healthcare.

( the fact that we have to collate money for the vaccination of my sister)

And I also realized that I should do cleansing diet these days to get rid of my excess fat. As I woke up this morning, okay again I cheat myself today thinking I'll start tomorrow, :P ( but I'm very much serious about it!) 

I challenge my self for a cleansing diet for two weeks, I have to eat oatmeal, more veggies, a bit protein and my cleansing drink which I discover months ago, inside of it ( ginger. lemon or Calamansi and cucumber) and of course a lots of water!! I'm really trying to drink a lot of water these days, it's not because of summer season but I always put in my mind that my body needs more water than any other commercial drink. 

Now I have to run to Supermarket after work to buy those:

*Cucumber
*Ginger
*Calamansi
*if Lemon is sale ( I'll buy)
*Oatmeal
*some veggies
